Rikke Nørgaard is co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Aegir Insights - a technology-driven intelligence company serving the offshore wind sector. Rikke has 12 years of experience in the offshore wind energy industry, starting with Orsted in 2011 where she worked intensively with early-stage project development and bid preparation for offshore wind auctions in Denmark, Germany, the UK and the US. Prior to co-founding Aegir, Rikke worked as an external advisor in early-stage development and costing for floating wind developers, suppliers and investors.
