Parisa has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Head of Subsea Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology Strategy, as well as overseeing major EPC projects and tenders. She currently leads a global organization of 250+ employees across multiple countries and has gained international experience through assignments in Angola, Malaysia, the U.S., U.K., Brazil, and India.
