Hans has a Master Mariner exam from Fanoe Navigational college and an executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Copenhagen Business School. Having initially worked with shipowners servicing the oil and gas industry with offshore supply vessels, anchor handlers and seismic research vessels Hans joined a wind turbine manufacturer in 2012 and in 2013 joined Fred. Olsen Windcarrier. In Fred. Olsen Windcarrier Hans has worked with many aspects of the operation of the company since its initial projects including time on board the jack-ups during project execution. Hans has since the summer of 2023 headed the Business Development Department in Fred. Olsen Windcarrier and is based in Denmark and Norway.
