Greta Møgster is the Director of the newly formed Utsira Offshore Wind Centre and is passionate about local value creation when Norways new industrial adventure is starting in one of the countries’ smallest communities! She has held diverse management and board positions, especially within HSE, and has an educational background spanning, natural sciences, risk assessment, law, and innovation management.
