Anniken Widerøe has been working within renewables in Equinor since 2019. Her experience before that includes positions within O&G project development and also operations including several years as platform manager on Oseberg Sør and Heidrun on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The recent years she has been working with offshore wind in Norway with focus on HSE and sustainability and she was also in 2024 acting operations manager for Hywind Tampen. Her current position is Safety, Security and Sustainability Manager for Renewables Norway.
