Anne Margrethe Bugge has more than 25 years of industry experience and has held various executive and management positions within HSE&Q, risk, operation, and project management. She has been working for Archer Wind since 2022 and is currently engaged in the demonstrator project Culzean Floating Wind for TotalEnergies. The project objectives are twofold : 1. Qualify the OCG-Wind steel floating foundation technology, as well as trialling the novel and efficient assembly methodology – a key for industrialization of floating wind! 2. Trial hybridising power to a producing petroleum asset The Culzean Floating Wind is currently being fabricated, will be assembled this summer , and installation is planned in 3Q of 2025.
