Takano has established a distinguished career in the power sector over 35 years and also leaded Nam Ngiep 1 Hydro Power Project in the Lao PDR as a Managing Director. Kansai is a leading utility in Japan with a track record of innovation and leadership in the industry. Together with Source Galileo Norge and Odfjell Oceanwind, Kansai is targeting Utsira Nord, and is also working on projects to electrify the Norwegian shelf with floating offshore wind like GoliatVIND scheduled to be in operation 2028.
