Stuart White is Royal HaskoningDHV’s sector director for Wind Ports. He is a chartered civil engineer with particular capabilities in the planning and design of wind ports and shipyard facilities. This has included fixed bottom wind construction ports and O&M facilities and more recently he has led a numerous Floating Offshore Wind port studies including the analysis of manufacturing, launching and marshalling/integration requirements. Stuart heads up Royal HaskoningDHV’s global wind ports design team.
