Oskar has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University in Sweden and background as a consultant before joining the energy sector 20 years ago. Since 2017 Oskar holds the position as Vice President of Public & Regulatory Affairs in Vattenfall, the largest energy company in Sweden, one of Europe’s largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat. Vattenfall is also one of Europe’s largest producers of offshore wind. Oskar’s unit is responsible for Vattenfall’s positioning and stakeholder outreach for all its business areas on the markets where Vattenfall operates, which today includes Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, France and the EU/Brussels.
