Hilde Horgen Thorstad is currently Project manager for the Utsira Nord connection in Statnett. She is part of the new business area Offshore Wind Development in Statnett. Before this she was project manager for North Sea Link project and has more than 25 years experience from different roles within project management and risk management. Hilde holds an MSc in Mathematics from NTNU and MBA from NHH.
