Even Winje is a partner Menon Economics. He has a master's degree in economics from the University of Oslo and broad experience analyzing power and energy markets. As head of renewable energy analysis in Menon he manages projects that are commissioned by both ministries and public authorities, industrial associations as well as private companies. He has conducted several analyses of the global market developments for floating offshore wind, including assessments of policy instruments, auction models as well as the competitiveness of the Norwegian value chain.
