Charlotte leads on the Electrical System Design (ESI) across Vårgrønn’s project portfolio. Before joining Vårgrønn in June 2023, Charlotte worked 10 years in Equinor as lead of the electrical system infrastructure (ESI) in both power from shore to oil and gas platforms and in offshore wind projects. Charlotte holds an MSc in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering from Uppsala University, where she majored in electrical power systems.
