Ben Bjørke is a partner with the consulting firm Energy Consult. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the European wind energy industry, possessing a broad knowledge across all facets of the sector. Ben specializes in transactions, wind turbines, project development, and floating offshore wind. He started his career with NORWEA in 2008, and in 2010, he joined Siemens Wind Power. Throughout his tenure at Siemens Wind Power and later as CEO for Siemens Gamesa’s Norwegian unit from 2018 to 2022, Ben was instrumental in securing 40 percent of the Norwegian market. He served on the board of NORWEA from 2020 to 2022. Ben holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oslo.
