Atle Knudsen is Executive Vice President New Industries at Å Energi. The business area is responsible for the group's business development and new ventures. Based on its domain expertise, Å Energi will seek and build industrial positions within new value chains for renewable energy. Atle Knudsen has extensive experience from executive positions within renewables and IT, was CEO of Entelios until 2021, and CIO at Agder Energy from 2012-2017. Knudsen is Chairman of the board at Å Entelios and Å Energi Invest AS and board member of Morrow Batteries. Knudsen holds an MBA from NHH, and a MSc.(Econ.) from Southern Denmark Business School.
