Huub den Rooijen is a hands-on strategy advisor and former managing director at The Crown Estate and Shell, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.
He pioneered the first offshore wind farms in the UK and the Netherlands and founded industry-leading programs focused on operational performance and environmental protection.​

Following a career transition, Huub now serves as a board member and advisor, helping organizations balance economic, environmental, and social interests.
With an educational background in astrophysics and an early career as a geophysicist, Huub also has a lifelong passion for nature.
